CHRISSIE

Director or MANA, Chrissie has been leading groups in the Andes since 2014 after Q'ero paqo Luis Quispe dreamt clearly and strongly of her bridging many, many people to the Andean teachings. Initiated as Chullu Chaqera in 2015 under Mama Ruth, Chrissie's devotion to the Andean pathway is unwavering.

LUIS

Spiritual guardian of MANA, Luis is a Pampamesayok shaman or Paqo of the Q’ero tribe, Wisdom Keepers of the Andes. In constant communion with the greater forces of Nature and in collaboration with his powerful blood lineage, Luis is a force of MANA & brings through ancient codes from civilisations gone by.

MAMA RUTH

Master herbalist, Mama Ruth is a lineage carrier of the Andean sweat lodge. Her inexhaustible knowledge of healing plants and recitation of endless potent herbal medicines that heal even the densest of diseases makes her a walking Earth treasure. Mama Ruth is Mama Qona of the Chullu Chaqa tradition.

ALFREDO

Lineage carrier of the CHINCHERO nation under his maestro and cousin, PUMA, Alfredo is an exquisite teacher and dear friend to MANA. Powerful wachumero and reader of the coca leaves, Alfredo is a regular presenter of the NOQAN KANI Wisdom School and teaches with incredible gentleness and beauty.

CHRISTIAN

11th generation healer working with medicine plants Ayahuasca, Wachuma and with Andean sweat lodge, Chullu Chaqa. Christian is MACHU WAYRA, Grandfather of the Ukukus. The Ukuku tradition is an Andean mystical ritual tradition of brotherhood. The UKUKUS are the guardians of humanity and of water.

THE VENUE - AGUAS CALIENTES

Three nights will be spent together in the vibrant town of Aguas Calientes, now known as Machupicchu Town. Our base here will be the INTI WASI hostel, the HQ of MANA elder, Juan de Dios Kucho. Apart from the penultimate pilgrimage to Machupicchu, The Crystal City, we will be visiting Santa Theresa thermic hot springs and having good down time to relax and integrate from the intensive experiences we’ve shared.
